What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll provide one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community.

Your responsibilities may include:

Helping individuals build confidence and everyday life skills Supporting community outings, recreation, and social activities Assisting with personal care and daily routines when needed Encouraging independence while promoting safety and dignity Recording services using our easy mobile documentation system Working alongside families and Care Coordinators to achieve individual goals Every person you support has a unique story-and you'll become part of their journey.
