Our caregivers work in the family home or out in the community assisting those individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Applicants must be reliable, flexible, compassionate, and work well as a team. Providers in the Home and Community Based Services program are scheduled based on the needs of each individual.

The services we provide are:

• Respite (companionship and care for an individual while relieving primary caregivers).
• Habilitation (teaching daily living skills based on ISP outcomes; service is designed to teach skill building and independence).
• Attendant care (assisting with cooking, cleaning or personal care).
• We are currently hiring providers in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley & Queen Creek . We can pair you with a member that lives as close as possible to you.
• Training is offered prior to employment if currently incomplete or expired.
• Flexible part-time hours, evenings and weekends are available.

Pay Rates:

Our hourly wages depend upon experience

Skills/Requirements:

• Our providers follow programs that are tailored to each individual's strengths and needs. Your job responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of our members.
• Experience is a plus, but we can train if changing careers.

Requirements for all applicants:

• Excellent work history, ethics, and dependability.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Obtain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card (requires clean record and must be 18 years of age) We will process for you.
• Must have a valid, Arizona State Driver's license or other valid form of identification.
• Attend Article 9 training (Arizona's rules and regulations regarding abuse, confidentiality, and rights).
• Attend CPR/First Aid certified (cannot be a web based training).
• Must pass Medicare and Medicaid fraud background check.
• Must pass a CPS/APS background check.
• DDD knowledgeable a plus but no experience necessary!

Pay:

From $17.50 per hour
