We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene). Meal preparation and feeding assistance, as needed. Medication reminders (non-medical) per the care plan. Follow the care plan to provide safe, competent, and respectful care. Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment. Provide companionship and emotional support; build meaningful connections. Report changes in client condition promptly to the Staffing Coordinator/Supervisor. Document visits/tasks accurately per agency standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to client homes Completion of a state-approved caregiver/personal care training program CPR & First Aid certification (Required) Certified Caregiver (Required) Negative TB test (Required) Successful background checks (Required) Fingerprint clearance card (Required) Authorized to work in the
