About us 360 Residency LLC is a small business in AZ. We are professional and our goal is to Establish nurturing residential group homes, and to Enhance the self-esteem of our residents.. ```
Duties:
```- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
- Implement individualized care plans and support goals to promote independence and community integration.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages socialization and engagement.
- Document individual progress and any incidents or changes in behavior.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and effective communication.
Requirements:
```- Experience or knowledge in providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities or related fields such as social work or childcare.
- Familiarity with dementia care, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
