iCare Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Group Home Manager to lead the daily operations of one or more residential homes serving individuals with developmental, behavioral, and mental health disabilities. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for residents while managing staff, compliance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee resident care and support, ensuring medical, emotional, and personal needs are met Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) Supervise and schedule Direct Support Professionals (DSPs); provide training and coaching Ensure compliance with DDD, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations Coordinate medical appointments, medication administration, and crisis interventions Manage household budget, resources, and maintenance Maintain open communication with families, case managers, and healthcare providers Support resident engagement in community and recreational activities Approve staff timecards and verify attendance for payroll processing
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, or related field (preferred) Master's degree (a plus)
Experience:
