Part-Time / Full-Time Job Summary New Pathways 4 Life, LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in building independent and successful lives. DSPs work one-on-one with individuals in their homes and communities to teach essential life skills, promote independence, and support personal goals. This position is ideal for individuals who are patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
