Whether assisting with daily activities or supporting community engagement, your efforts will empower residents to thrive in a supportive environment. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your caregiving skills while fostering a positive impact on those you serve. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor residents' health by observing patient conditions and reporting changes promptly Support medication administration and care plan implementation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare protocols Prepare nutritious meals to meet individual dietary needs Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties and adhering to infection control standards Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts safely during transfers and mobility assistance Document patient observations, care activities, and incident reports accurately and confidentially Skills Proven experience in group home settings, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate assistive devices like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals Compassionate caregiving approach combined with a commitment to respecting residents' dignity and privacy Join us in providing exceptional support that enhances quality of life!
