Job Description

Job Summary:
We are a growing home health agency serving patients throughout Orange County and surrounding areas, seeking compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Home Health Aides, Caregivers, and Housekeepers. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support services, including personal care, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily living activities. Your goal is to help patients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support Perform light to moderate housekeeping duties. Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms, including waste disposal and restocking supplies Assist with household organization and maintaining a safe, clean living environment Run light errands (groceries, pharmacy pick-ups, etc.) as needed Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Observe and report any changes in patient condition to supervising nurse or office staff Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Certified Home Health Aid CHHA certification required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned area Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans Must be dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate
Skills & Competencies:
Attention to detail in cleaning and organization Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene assistance Ability to follow instructions and adapt to patient needs Time management and multitasking skills Friendly, respectful, and patient-centered approach
Work Environment:
Patient homes in various settings Flexible schedule based on patient needs May involve standing, walking, bending, and light lifting
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to assist with patient mobility and transfers (if needed)
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
