Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Execute basic medical tasks such as replacing bandages and dressings, taking vital signs, measuring glucose and ketone levels, and ensuring the proper use of medical devices Oversee medication tasks such as opening bottles, organizing self-administered dosing and arranging refills; and assist with meal preparation and planning Collaborate with the case manager to implement care plans for patients, and maintain updated and accurate care records Assist patients in completing personal hygiene tasks like bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, shaving, etc. Transport patients as needed to doctor's offices or other health care services, grocery shopping, or for other errands

Qualifications:

Compassionate, kind, and empathetic personality is essential, with superb organization and communications skills Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) is highly valuable- approved home health aide training programs from community colleges are accepted Must have 1-3 years of experience as a personal caregiver, HHA/ home health aide, nursing assistant, or personal care aid for a home health agency at patient homes or care facilities setting Carry a valid state driver's license, current auto insurance, and have reliable transportation Some college preferred, but a high school diploma or GED is required About Company At
