Glendale Vision Life is currently seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Glendale. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and skilled individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision to clients in a home/community setting Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation Support clients in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities accurately Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families

Qualifications:

Substantial experience as a Direct Support Professional (preferred) Male and female candidates encouraged to apply (specific client needs) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass background check Why Join Vision Life?
