401(k) matching Flexible schedule Free uniforms Who We're Looking For We're looking for compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. HHA certification preferred (CNA welcome where applicable). Reliable, caring, and patient. Able to work independently while following a care plan. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically able to assist clients with daily activities. Meets all agency and state employment requirements. What You'll Do Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, toileting, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support. Keep clients' homes safe, clean, and comfortable. Observe any changes in a client's condition and report them to the supervising nurse. Complete visit notes and documentation accurately. Follow safety procedures and maintain client confidentiality. Please Note This role focuses on personal care and support. Home Health Aides do not perform skilled nursing tasks such as medication administration, wound care, catheterization, tube feedings, or other procedures outside their scope of practice. All care is provided under RN supervision.
