Monday-Saturday Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, patient, attentive, and compassionate caregiver—or two caregivers—to provide one-on-one care and supervision for a 4-year-old child with autism and ADHD. We are open to filling this position in one of two ways: Option 1: One caregiver who is available to work the full split-shift schedule, including morning and evening shifts Monday through Friday and a flexible Saturday shift. Option 2: Two part-time caregivers who can divide the schedule based on availability. For example, one caregiver may primarily cover morning shifts while the second caregiver covers evening and/or Saturday shifts. The ideal caregiver will understand the importance of consistency, routine, patience, and close supervision when caring for a young child with special needs. Previous experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or developmental differences is preferred; however, we are open to the right person who is genuinely interested and willing to learn. This position is paid through IHSS. Applicants must already be an approved IHSS provider or be willing and eligible to complete the IHSS provider enrollment process.
