What You'll Do:

As a Home Care Aide, you'll be an essential part of a client's daily routine; offering both practical and emotional support. Your ability to follow guidelines, stay organized, and build strong, respectful relationships will help clients maintain their independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Offering companionship and social interaction Supporting with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands Assisting with hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming Preparing and planning meals Supporting mobility and safe ambulation Medication reminders and assistance (per state guidelines) Transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable) What Makes You a

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance TB clearance Registered on California's Home Care Aide Registry (a plus or be willing to register) Completion of state-mandated training

• 5 hours before client contact, 5 hours annually (to obtain upon hire) Valid CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain upon hire) Understanding of safety, infection control, and personal care best practices Reliable transportation (when client transport is required)

Work Environment & Scheduling:

Client homes
