• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support mobility and rehab activities , including transfers, ambulation, and exercises Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) during home visits Assist with meal preparation and feeding based on patient care plans Offer medication reminders (no administration required) Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home environment Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team Follow individualized home health care plans under RN or therapist supervision Qualifications•CHHA (Home Health) Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (California) CPR certification (current and valid) Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Los Angeles County Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care Home health or community care experience preferred (not required) Apply Today•CHHA Jobs in Home Health (Los Angeles County) Start or grow your career as a Certified Home Health Aide in home health with Remedy.
