Monday through Sunday Morning Shift available Mid-Day Shift available Overnight (NOC) Shift available Flexible Hours -
Full-Time or Part-Time Pay Rate:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
JOB SUMMARY
The home health caregiver is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. This position includes providing personal care services, observing and reporting patient conditions, and documenting care provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification At least 18 years of age Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care Self-directed with minimal supervision Compassionate and empathetic toward the ill, frail, or impaired Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and insured vehicle (per agency requirements) Professionalism, patience, and good personal hygiene
RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to agency policies and procedures Assist with personal care and hygiene Assist with transfers and ambulation Prepare or reheat meals and assist with feeding Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
