Our company provides daily residential home care services to Regional Center Adults with developmental disabilities.

Job Description:

• Using the company vehicle to provide transportation services for our individuals (as needed)
• Assisting our individuals with their daily personal care tasks (i.e. basic hygiene, grooming, getting dressed, bathing, self help skills)
• Accompanying individuals to their activities such as the park, movie theater, and museums
• Helping our individuals with self-administration of medications (with proper training)
• Documentation of behaviors, daily progress, and activities
• Supporting our individuals with their goals and helping them achieve them
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in and around the facility
• Attend staff in-services
• Light housekeeping duties
• Preparing meals
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• at least 18 years of age
• Provide proof of valid CA ID or driver's license
• DSP Certification within 3 months of employment
• CPI/Pro Act certified
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification prior to employment
• Physical and TB Test We are hiring part time/full time for the shifts
