$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Flexible Part-Time | PM, Weekend & Overnight Availability Preferred Join a Team That Makes a Difference HQ Children Services, Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our behavioral support team serving youth with developmental and behavioral challenges. What You'll Do Provide supervision, support, and behavioral coaching to residents Assist with daily routines, hygiene, meals, and activities Support emotional regulation and independent living skills Implement behavior support plans (IBSPs) Complete documentation and daily progress notes Maintain a structured, safe, and positive environment Assist with transportation and community activities when needed Ideal Candidate We are especially looking for applicants who: Can work flexible schedules Are available for PM, overnight, and weekend shifts Can help cover shifts when needed Work well as part of a team Are dependable and communicate professionally Requirements 18+ years old High School Diploma or GED Able to pass

DOJ/FBI/CACI

fingerprint clearance Pre-employment physical with TB clearance Ability to lift 40 lbs and remain active throughout shift Strong communication and documentation skills Must meet Title 17 & Title 22 requirements Must currently live in the area Driving Requirements (If Applicable) Valid California Driver's License 3+ years driving experience (23+ preferred) Current registration and insurance Preferred Certifications CPR / First Aid CPI or behavioral intervention training

DSP 1 & DSP 2

Certification (can be completed after hire) Additional Information Experience in behavioral health, caregiving, ABA, group homes, or mental health is a plus
