We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes and communities. This role focuses on teaching life skills, promoting independence, and supporting meaningful daily living. If you're looking for a job where you actually make a difference and are willing to be consistent, accountable, and hands-on this is for you. Responsibilities Coach individuals on daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, hygiene, budgeting) Support community involvement (appointments, outings, activities) Encourage independence and decision-making Follow each individual's Individual Service Plan (ISP) Complete daily notes and documentation (this is REQUIRED, not optional) Provide transportation using your own vehicle when needed Maintain a safe, respectful, and structured environment Requirements Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED) Ability to pass background clearance (Live Scan) Strong communication & writing skills Reliable, consistent, and professional Preferred Experience in SLS, ILS, caregiving, or behavioral support CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
