What You'll Do:
✨ Empowering Individuals with Disabilities ✨ Support people in thriving and shining within their communities. Guide them toward meaningful jobs and career success. Make social skills practice fun, engaging, and confidence-building. Lead exciting group activities that turn everyday moments into adventure Independent Living Services (ILS)•Building Skills for Everyday Independence Empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible in their homes and communities. Provide personalized instruction in essential daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care. Support the development of safe and effective routines for managing a household. Teach clients how to access and navigate community resources such as banking, healthcare, and public services. Provide hands-on training in using public transportation and community mobility. Assist individuals in setting and achieving personal goals related to independence and self-sufficiency. Offer guidance in decision-making, problem-solving, and self-advocacy. Promote health and safety awareness in the home and community. Encourage participation in social, recreational, and community activities to enhance quality of life. Maintain clear, accurate documentation of progress, services, and outcomes. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and support teams to ensure consistent and individualized care. Foster dignity, respect, and a person-centered approach in all services. Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to build confidence and long-term independence.
Tailored Day Services DSP:
Community Intergration / School & Employment Support ✨ Empower Individuals with Disabilities Every Day ✨ Support individuals in building confidence and independence within their community. Assist clients in exploring career paths, gaining job skills, and preparing for employment opportunities. Provide coaching and guidance on social skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive way. Lead creative and meaningful group or 1:1 activities that turn everyday moments into memorable learning experiences. Support clients with school-related goals, including organization, planning, classwork, and advocacy. Help individuals navigate public transportation, community resources, and independent living skills. Encourage participation in recreational, social, and advocacy events in the community. Document daily progress, sessions, and outcomes clearly and professionally. Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure clients receive individualized support. Promote dignity, respect, and person-centered care in every interaction. Foster opportunities for clients to make friendships, expand their social networks, and build personal identity. Provide motivation, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to help clients reach their long-term goals. Perks of the

Pay :
$19/hr•$21/hr health benefits , mileage reimbursement , and cell phone contribution . No Experience? No Problem! We provide all the training you need. What You'll Need to
