Schedule:
Approximately 35 hours per week (schedule may vary) General schedule between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM Flexibility is a must! About the
Role:
We are seeking creative, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to join our community-based day program team. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing engaging, meaningful experiences entirely within the community. There is no central location—our program is always on the go, rain or shine!
Key Responsibilities:

Implementing program curriculum; Directly delivering individual and group learning experiences to assist each participant served in obtaining his/her ISP objective(s) for which the vendor is responsible; Maintaining data regarding participant progress Participating in participant assessment, planning and evaluation processes Provide direct care, supervision, and support to the individual in accordance with their IPP, program design, and training using a person-centered approach. Work with other staff, consultants, regional center representatives, and others to provide all necessary services to the individual.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Certificate of High School Equivalency (GED) is required. At least six months experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities Must pass DOJ/FBI criminal background check and drug screen. Have a valid California Driver License and acceptable DMV driving record, and ability to drive own vehicle, proof of current registration and insurance; and must be at least 21 years old (to qualify for company auto insurance) Must obtain First Aid, CPR, and CPI within 30 days of hire RBT certificate/license preferred, but not mandatory
