  • Part-time, Full-time We are seeking caring and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.

We are looking for:
part-time weekend shifts: morning shifts 6am-2pm evening shifts 2pm-10pm NOC shifts 10pm-6am part time weekday shifts: morning shift 6am
  • 10am We are a level 6 and will have 6 clients when full.
Right now we have 3 clients And a 4th moving in soon. DSPs provide daily living support, implement individualized service plans, and promote the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility. Implement individualized behavior and support plans under the guidance of supervisors. Support residents in community integration, skill development, and recreational activities. Accurately document progress notes, incidents, and daily logs as required by Title 17 regulations. Administer medications in accordance with training and facility policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment. Respond to emergencies and follow crisis intervention protocols as necessary. Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and outside professionals.
Qualifications:
Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check High school diploma or GED required; additional education in human services preferred. Minimum 6 months experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, but not required). Will train if not Current CPR/First Aid Certification recommended but not required
DSP I & DSP II
Certification (or willingness to obtain within required timeframe) Physical and TB clearance Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (required for transportation duties). Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
