Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Home Care Aides (HCAs) to assist our clients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being at home. The ideal candidate has a heart for caregiving and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Perform light housekeeping duties Assist with meal preparation and feeding Accompany clients to appointments or errands, if needed Observe and report changes in client condition to the office Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:

Must be registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) or willing to register Live Scan fingerprinting clearance through CDSS Guardian Proof of TB clearance within the past 90 days Ability to complete 5 hours of initial training and 5 hours of annual training as required by the state Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
