What You'll Do Provide age-appropriate care, supervision, and recreational activities for children and senior care. Follow established routines and care plans to ensure safety and comfort. Maintain open, positive communication with parents/families and the Bright Horizons team. Support daily routines, including meals, rest, creative play, and learning activities for children. Ensure a clean, organized, environment.

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must obtain HCA You can go here to register: https://guardian.dss.ca.gov/applicant The PIN Number is E4SDTU. Register yourself with the California Department of Social Services ($35), background check ($70) and negative TB test) Must have your CPR/First Aid (we can help you get one at a subsidized cost). High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Early Childhood Education a plus. Experience caring for children or adults in a home, center, or school setting (minimum 6 months preferred). Ability to complete a background check (you will complete a livescan and background through Checkr) , CPR/First Aid certification , and required online training.
