  • 13-week contract (40 hours/week)
  • What You'll Be Doing:
  • In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll assist with daily living activities, implement behavior and healthcare plans, and provide engaging, active programming throughout your shift. You'll work closely with the Program Administrator and leadership team to ensure high-quality care and documentation.
  • Requirements:
  • + At least
  • 6 months of DSP or related experience
  • (IDD experience required) + Experience in
  • adult residential settings
  • (highly preferred) +
  • CPR/AED Certification
  • + •High School Diploma, GED, or transcripts•(verification required) •

The Direct Support Personnel I works directly with the resident and provides supports for activities of daily living and adaptive skills. The Direct Support Personnel I should follow the guidance of the resident/ patients Individual Service Plan.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • + High School diploma or its equivalent + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age + Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks
