At Monarch ILS, we support and empower adults with developmental disabilities on their path toward independence. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated life skills coach to join our team and empower the people we serve through education and increased community access. Our programs help individuals develop the skills necessary for living as independently as possible, pursuing their educational and employment goals, and being valued as contributing members of their community. We value equity, community, life-long learning, and fun! We are a women-owned, culturally inclusive organization, and LGBTQI+ friendly workplace. We have a part-time position available, working in person, providing support and guidance to the individuals we serve.
