based on experience About RosePoint Care At RosePoint Care , we support adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in a California Title 22-licensed Level 6 group home . Level 6 means higher support needs — and a strong, well-trained team that shows up for each other. We're big on respect, structure, safety, and growth — for both residents and staff. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you'll provide hands-on support while helping residents build skills and live fuller lives: Support daily routines and personal care Help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily structure Assist with medication administration (if certified) Support community outings and social activities Provide emotional and behavioral support in a Level 6 setting Follow Individual Program Plans (IPPs) Complete simple daily documentation (we train you) Help maintain a calm, safe, and respectful home What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Experience with I/DD or behavioral support is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to complete Medication Administration Training (MAT) CPR/First Aid and behavior intervention training preferred Ability to pass background check, TB test, and physical Dependable, team-oriented, and able to handle higher-acuity support needs Shifts Available 6:00 AM- 2:00 PM 2:00 PM
- 10:00 PM 10:00 PM
