Job Description
Direct Support Professional (DSP) / CaregiverRHFH Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support for adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting throughout Orange County.

Pay$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
ResponsibilitiesProvide support with daily living activities (ADLs)Assist residents with meals and personal careAdminister and document medications as directedSupport residents with recreational and community activitiesMaintain a safe, clean, and positive home environmentFollow Resident Care Standards and company policiesInteract with residents in a respectful, caring, and professional mannerQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredValid California driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background check and physical examinationReliable, compassionate, and team-orientedExperience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral health, or residential services is a plus, but we will train the right candidatesBenefitsPaid trainingPaid time offCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentMeaningful and rewarding workAbout RHFH Services, Inc.
