Job Summary Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide? We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals to provide exceptional care for individuals in our community. In this vital role, you will go beyond just assisting with medical needs and daily tasks—you will champion your patients' independence, safety, and quality of life. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs Observe patient conditions closely, report changes promptly to supervising nurses or physicians, and document observations thoroughly in medical documentation systems Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry. Maintaining a safe environment to promote overall well-being and comfort. Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent patient observation skills to detect changes in health status quickly. Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR systems for accurate documentation. Ability to perform caregiving duties including assisting with ADLs, medication administration, and mobility support. CPR certification and training in emergency response procedures. Experience working in home health. Ability to work independently. Adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations.
