401(k) matching Flexible schedule Free uniforms What We're Looking For We're hiring reliable Home Health Aides who genuinely enjoy helping others. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. HHA certification preferred. CNA accepted where applicable. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to safely assist clients with daily living activities. Good communication skills. Meets agency hiring requirements. Your Daily Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. Help with dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Prepare simple meals and assist with light daily tasks. Monitor clients and report concerns to the RN. Maintain accurate documentation. Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines. Treat every client with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The home health aide or CNA shall not change sterile dressings, irrigate body cavities such as giving an enema, irrigate a colostomy or wound, perform gastric irrigation or enteral feeding, catheterize a patient, administer medication, apply heat by any method, care for a tracheostomy tube, nor provide any personal health service which has not been included in the plan of care.
