Job Description

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential. Effective communication with families and care team members is vital. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties Assist with ADLs and support residents' independence Follow care plans and document changes accurately Promote safety, dignity, and engagement Support dining and maintain environment cleanliness Communicate effectively with families and care leaders Deliver enriching experiences in Memory Care Additional Information Paid training, career growth opportunities, and a competitive pay range ($17.20 - $21.55) are offered.
