$16.90 to 18.00 per/hour Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Adult Residential Facility (ARF) team. DSPs provide direct care and support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them live independently and maintain a high quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support individuals with meal preparation and medication dispensing Implement individualized care plans and behavior support strategies Provide transportation to appointments, outings, and community activities Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment Document daily activities, progress notes, and incident reports Promote independence, dignity, and respect for all residents Qualifications High school diploma or GED, required Previous experience in caregiving, DSP, or ARF preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Live Scan Clearance - Ability to pass background check, required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and reliability Preferred Skills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of behavior intervention techniques Medication administration training (or willingness to learn) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Vacation Time Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities 401(k)
