Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Caregivers will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive home environment in the home and community. This role involves working rotating shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Provide personal care support such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting. Assist with daily living tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Support individuals in engaging with community, social, and recreational activities. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and report any changes in condition. Promote independence, dignity, and respect for each individual served. Follow care plans and ensure a safe home environment. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous caregiving, home health aide, or direct support professional experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). Ability to pass a background check and meet state requirements. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills. Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

From $2,470.00 per month
