Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) - DDS Program Support Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Make a Difference Every Day! Care For You LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide support services to individuals receiving services through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). As a PCA, you will help individuals maintain their independence, achieve personal goals, and actively participate in their communities while receiving the support they need to thrive.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities Providing companionship and community support Assisting with transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings Supporting individuals with meal preparation and household tasks Encouraging independence and skill development Providing supervision and ensuring a safe environment Documenting services and communicating with the care team as needed
Qualifications:
Compassionate, patient, and dependable Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills
