Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) Home Care | Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem | Meaningful Work Make a Difference Where It Matters Most Do you love caring for others and making a real impact every day? Join our Home Care team and help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We're looking for compassionate CNAs and HHAs who are reliable, kind, and passionate about caregiving. Job Summary Under the direction of the Client Services Supervisor, the CNA/HHA provides hands-on care to adult clients in their homes. This role focuses on personal care, safety, dignity, and comfort - while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. What You'll Do Provide direct, one-on-one care to clients in their homes Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Safely lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team Document care activities accurately and on time Work flexible hours to support client needs (great for per-diem caregivers!)
