Full Job Description Part-Time Care Assistant Simply Inspired Souls Home Care Position Type:

Part-Time (20-30 hours per week, with potential for growth) Position Summary Simply Inspired Souls Home Care is seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Care Assistant to support our Client Care Team and contribute to the continued growth of our agency. This individual will serve as a key point of contact between clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to help ensure quality care, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service. The Care Assistant will primarily work from the office, assisting with client and caregiver communication, scheduling support, recruitment efforts, onboarding coordination, administrative tasks, and day-to-day agency operations while helping uphold our mission of delivering compassionate, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine client wellness and satisfaction calls to ensure quality care and client satisfaction. Follow up with clients and families to address concerns, identify needs, and assist with problem resolution. Assist prospective clients with the intake process and obtaining home care services. Support caregiver recruitment by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding and orientation. Assist with caregiver scheduling, shift coverage, and communication between caregivers, clients, and families. Maintain accurate client records, caregiver files, and agency documentation. Utilize scheduling and EVV systems, including Sandata, to support daily operations and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Manage and utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Forms) and project management platforms such as Asana to track tasks and workflows. Support agency operations by organizing files, maintaining compliance documentation, and completing administrative tasks. Collaborate with leadership on quality assurance initiatives, process improvements, and agency growth strategies. Assist with community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects as needed. Perform additional duties that support the success and growth of the agency. Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework in healthcare, human services, business, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in home care, healthcare, office administration, customer service, staffing, scheduling, or case management preferred. Experience with Sandata EVV software preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable learning new technology systems. Experience using Asana or similar project management software is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.
