Part- and full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Join The Love In Action Foundation and Make a Difference Every Day! Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others live their best lives? The Love In Action Foundation is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) , supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through In-Home Supports (IHS) and Individual Day Supports (IDS). What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections within their communities. Individual Day Supports (IDS) Responsibilities may include: Providing one-on-one support in the community Job coaching and vocational skill development Assisting individuals with volunteer opportunities and employment Promoting socialization and community inclusion Transporting individuals to jobs, volunteer sites, appointments, grocery stores, recreational activities, and other community outings Encouraging independence while ensuring each individual's safety and well-being
Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
