STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
required. Socialization a must! Able to shadow clients. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being. Monitor patient health by observing and reporting changes in condition or behavior. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences. Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning and organization of the client's space. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional health. Document patient progress and any significant changes in behavior or health status while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Requirements Previous experience in care giving or related fields such as home health, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred. Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and basic nursing skills is highly desirable. Strong patient observation skills to monitor vital signs and overall health status effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
