We are seeking a Job Coach to provide support to individuals on a job or within our Day Program sites. Come make a difference! DSP play an instrumental role in people's lives. DSP's are responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities on job sites increasing their independence, building skills, supporting positive behaviors, relationships and encourage them to communicated effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Higher education is preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong interpersonal skills Must have certification in

PMT, CPR

& First Aid and DDS Med Cert is required. Ability to maintain confidentiality Computer skills Reliable transportation Must be able to pass all background checks Must have the ability to work Monday - Friday day shift! 8:30-3:30
