Home Health Professionals Network (HHPN) is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants to serve patients throughout all HHPN service areas, including Hartford, Hamden, Waterbury, Meriden, Bristol, and surrounding towns. The PCA provides personalized support with daily activities while promoting dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks Provide companionship and encouragement Follow the authorized care plan Observe and report changes or concerns Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality Communicate professionally with the care team
Qualifications:
PCA experience preferred Reliable transportation Dependable and professional Compassionate, patient-focused approach Ability to follow instructions and care plans Meets applicable training and employment requirements Join HHPN and become an important part of a patient's support system at home.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
