The five fundamental categories are Safety, Logistics, Data, Motivation and Cleanliness of the facility. Ensure each client is safe and following their daily schedule Support and monitor each client in the program throughout the entire shift Document clients on their willingness to follow the program schedule Lead by example and maintain a presence in the community while encouraging residents to build healthy relationships Support our residents with any struggles they may be having and communicate these challenges to your manager Responsible for the daily upkeep of Turnbridge facilities by monitoring resident chores as well as any housekeeping assignments per the detail sheet Attend mandatory support staff meetings when scheduled, in person or over zoom when appropriate Requirements High School Diploma or GED Highly effective interpersonal and verbal skills including courtesy, resourcefulness and efficiency in answering questions, giving directions, locating appropriate Turnbridge personnel and explaining Turnbridge policies and procedures are necessary Ability to adapt communication style and tone to fit the situation Ability to demonstrate positive guest relations skills when dealing with challenging people and difficult situations. Practices effective listening and problem-solving skills Knowledge of basic use of computer and will train for appropriate use of Turnbridge software Must maintain a valid driver's license if required by position
