Employment Options is a progressive social service agency, locally serving adult individuals with acquired brain injuries. We are seeking Live-in House Managers, to assist brain injury survivors in achieving their goals and independence. Full-time positions are available. Live-in House Managers, provide 1-on-1 assistance to clients in their personal residences and in the community. House Managers live on-site in the same residence as the client. We strive to provide outstanding companion services and follow all services detailed through a personal care plan that is custom-made for every client.Job Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support and supervision of clients in their personal residences and in the community.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, co-workers, family members and other essential team members.
- Assist with keeping the clients home environment clean and organized, meal preparation, money management and many other aspects of daily living.
- Provide transportation into the community, example: (grocery shopping, medical appointments, etc…)
- Providing reminders to clients to take self-administered medications. Applicants will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required
- Must have a valid drivers license, car insurance and registration along with a reliable vehicle for transporting.
- Must submit to a criminal and motor vehicle driving background checks.
