Weekend Schedule Shift:

Saturday & Sunday | 3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM Join Our Team We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in a residential setting.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing hands-on daily support. Must be available to complete 3 consecutive days of training in New Haven during morning hours. Schedule Saturday & Sunday 3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM Consistent weekend schedule Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential environment Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene care (bathing and toileting) Encourage independence while ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing Support community participation and engagement as appropriate Complete documentation and communicate effectively with team members Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment Requirements Must be available to work weekends Comfortable providing personal hygiene including bathing and toileting as well as direct care support Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
