Join our compassionate team at Frances Warde Towers as a Resident Care Assistant (RCA). Your role is vital in providing quality care, ensuring residents live in a safe and positive environment.
Responsibilities:
Medication & Treatment:
Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, adhering to all policies.
Resident Support:
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, maintaining accurate records.
Personal Care:
Provide emotional and social support, following individualized care plans.
Community Standards:
Adhere to all community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
C.N.A.
Certification:
Must have current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut.
Med Pass Certification:
Obtain within 30 days of hire; training provided.
Bilingual Applicants:
Encouraged to apply.
