We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who want to make making a positive impact in our community. Responsibilities DSPs perform a wide variety of tasks that involve both encouraging and guiding persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on individualized custom care of the highest standards. DSPs supports adults in the day program to navigate within the community and to engage in activities of their choice. The DSP plays a vital role in the lives of the individuals we support by embracing the philosophies of Global Resources & Supports.
