Before You Apply You must have: Active DC HHA License Valid Driver's License Personal Vehicle (No Uber, no Lyft, no public transportation) Current Automobile Insurance Ability to Travel Throughout NE & SE Washington, DC Comfort Working Independently in Patients' Homes Ability to Provide Hands-On Personal Care About the Role P3SG is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes throughout Northeast and Southeast Washington, DC, for its client. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, providing personal care, supporting activities of daily living, and helping seniors remain safe and independent in their homes. Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide toileting and incontinence care Assist with meal preparation and feeding Perform light housekeeping and laundry Change bed linens Run errands and assist with grocery shopping Observe and report changes in patient condition Monitor overall well-being Complete required electronic documentation Work collaboratively with the care team Required Qualifications Active DC Home Health Aide License High School Diploma or GED Minimum one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Basic technology skills for documentation Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening Why Join Us?Competitive Pay:
