MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DEMENTIA AND ALZHEIMER'S PATIENT. MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A VALID CPR CARD. MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST
RESULTS or
CURRENT CHEST XRAY. MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
