As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while adhering to all relevant health regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Launder and clean client's clothing and living spaces to maintain a hygienic environment. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, particularly those experiencing Dementia care needs. medication reminders and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. When/if required. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding client progress or concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of CPR techniques and the ability to perform CPR if necessary. Familiarity with medication administration protocols is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and compassion for clients. Ability to follow care plans accurately while maintaining client confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical records. Must be able to pass background checks as required by employment regulations.
