We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton. As an HHA with us, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing wholehearted, life-energizing care in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide Certified Care with competent and safe routine transfer assistance, memory care, behavior de-escalation, sensory stimulation, and incontinence care Provide Personal Care with compassionate and sensitive toileting, showering, and personal hygiene assistance, as well as medication reminders, mobility assistance, and fall prevention Provide Companionship and Light Housekeeping, which may include social engagement, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shopping Keep accurate records of client care and communication with the care team

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an HHA delivering home care CPR Certification required Ability to work weekends (optional) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to work in Manatee County, FL
