In this role, you will provide one-on-one therapy services in patients' homes, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, regain independence, and improve overall quality of life. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, independence, and building strong relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care in a home-based setting. You'll have the ability to choose your preferred coverage areas and manage a schedule that works best for you. Coverage Areas Available Choose the areas that fit your preference and schedule: Sanford Lake Mary Winter Springs Longwood Maitland Altamonte Springs You can choose your territory and patient volume based on your availability. Responsibilities Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans and communicate patient care with the team.
