Dental Care Assistant We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Care Assistant to join our team. We take pride in providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment and are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable during treatment Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Assist with infection control and

OSHA/HIPAA

compliance procedures Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Qualifications:

Expanded Functions Certification (required) Previous dental assisting experience preferred Current radiology certification (if required by state) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
